WHO WE ARE

LEADERSHIP

The purposes of the Church are accomplished through the oversight of a plurality of local Elders (pastors) that God appoints over each local church.  Elders are called to protect the church with watchful attention, feed the church by teaching the word of God, and lead the church by equipping people for ministry.  Each Elder will lead in different ways and different areas, but will share authority and oversight over the church.

Acts 20:28 - Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.

Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to care for the church of God, which he obtained with his own blood.

1 Peter 5:2-3 - Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples

to the flock.
